WELLNESS
It took me a long time to figure out what wellness really is. It’s whatever that leaves you healthy and happy. Most people do not get enough of this. The Medical system focuses on sickness. We are starting to see a surge in attention placed on keeping people healthy and preventing sickness. This is probably the most important thing that we need to focus on in our lives. Below I share a collection of websites and ideas that have been invaluable on my happiness journey.
